Spend quality leadership time with Canada’s most revered local government expert. In this two-hour session, George Cuff tackles what is and will likely be a continual challenge for municipal managers and councils intent on successfully emerging as quality leaders into a post-pandemic world. Good governance does not occur in all “city halls” across Canada or elsewhere; it must be thought through in terms of personal leadership and commitment to practical principles. It is also impacted by how councils determine to make a difference as opposed to simply showing up. George will lead participants through an in depth session, unpacking the 10 keys to quality leadership, followed by time for questions and answers.
Post-event follow-up call
Participants will also be invited to an hour follow-up call, where George will address any further questions received after the session.
