Trouble Checking Out

We are sorry that you are experiencing check-out issues.  Here are a couple of troubleshooting suggestions:

  1. Please ensure that all the billing information matches the credit card info.
  2. Clear your cookies and search history
  3. Try using Google Chrome, we find our site works best from that browser.
  4. If the site goes down momentarily, sometimes it will affect user transactions.  In those cases, we suggest logging out, and trying again a bit later.

If you are still having issues after trying these suggestions, please send us a screenshot of your error message.

Your shipment will be leaving from postal code N0L 2L0, simply add yours as well and it will give you an estimated delivery date.  Please add 3 days to allow us to package and ship your order to Canada Post.

Bulk Orders

If you will be ordering in bulk, we do have discounts.  They are as follows:

  • 15-24 copies – 7% off
  • 25-49 copies – 10% off
  • Anything over 50 copies – 15% upon approval

Renewal Walkthrough

Go to, and log into your account.  If you have not yet registered online, go to Log In, then to Register, and follow the prompts.  We recommend using your associated email address for your username.

At the top of your dashboard, you should see a yellow ribbon with a button that says, “Renew now”.  Simply click the button and fill out your information.  Once you hit submit, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and a confirmation will be sent to your inbox.

If you do not see the yellow banner, look to the left of your dashboard.  There you will see a gray column with options listed on it.  Click on memberships (fourth from the bottom), and it will give you a list of your memberships.  Click “renew” on the one you want and fill out your information.

Adding Members to your Executive Membership

To add members, have the membership administrator log into  On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see a gray panel listing options.  Scroll down until you get to memberships (fourth from bottom) and select it.  Here you will see your executive membership, click on it.  You will now be on the page where you can add members.

If any changes occur within your office, you can go in and edit the member’s info, delete them, or add new ones.

Once you have added the members, have them register online so they can view their content.

Job Board and RFPs Credits not Applying at Checkout

If you are a member of an Executive Membership with us, and your job board credits or RFP credits are not showing up at checkout, please ensure you have membership administrator permission.  If you do not, you can request to have this added to your account or alternatively have your administrator post for you.
