The Town of Stouffville is very proud to announce that Brian Kavanagh, P.Eng., CMO, has received the Certified Municipal Officer designation from the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario. Brian joins a very select group of municipal professionals who have proven their commitment to continuous learning and improvement, and the application of their skills and knowledge to the benefit of the municipalities in which they serve.
