Rob Adams, CAO for the Town of Erin, Ont., has been named Municipal World’s CAO of the Year for 2025. The recognition caught him off guard.
“I was surprised. There are so many absolutely terrific CAOs out there who are building communities, solving problems, doing amazing things,” said Adams, who comes from the private sector, having worked in technology companies while also serving as an elected official.
