Online ticket payment: easing the provincial offences load

In Ontario’s United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, the public now has the option of paying outstanding provincial offences fines online. The local Provincial Offences Act (POA) office is the first to get approval from the province to offer such a service to the public. The new initiative makes the POA office more reachable. At the same time, it brings services into the homes of the public, rather than requiring the public to do
