The COVID-19 pandemic has caused innumerable problems for municipalities. Some issues, such as housing access, transit viability, and downtown recovery have been made worse. But there has been at least one benefit to this life-changing, three-year-plus public emergency. If nothing else, COVID-19 forced municipalities to take a closer look at how they operate.
One of the changes being tried by some municipalities has been the shift to the four-day work week.
