Pandemic brings opportunities to connect on a more meaningful level

It is one thing to say that engagement needs to be engaging. It’s quite another thing to try and manage an engagement process in the middle of a pandemic.

Meeting rooms are closed, community facilities are restricted, public gatherings are limited, and inviting a representative sampling of your community into a room for a two-hour discussion doesn’t necessary look like the greatest of ideas.
