As the Manager of Engineering, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of innovative civil and capital infrastructure projects, guide development through expert review, and drive forward‑thinking asset management. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services, you’ll be the go‑to technical expert ensuring the Town’s infrastructure is strong, sustainable, and ready for tomorrow.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Civil Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with 10+ years of municipal engineering experience, including 5+ in leadership. They excel in infrastructure design, stormwater and traffic management, development review, and capital project delivery. Skilled in communication, budgeting, team leadership, conflict resolution, and navigating political environments, they ensure regulatory compliance, build strong partnerships, and manage complex projects. Flexible, strategic, and technically proficient, they uphold the Town’s mission and values.
