Making "good" decisions good
Municipal councils are decision-making bodies. Decisions are 100 per cent of their work product. There are a lot of other activities that go into being a member of council: meetings get convened, reports get read, public events are held, training sessions are attended, and committees are supported. All this work, however, is in service to the reality that what councils do is decide.
An overall expectation is that these decisions are collaborative, they are aligned.
