Patrol Supervisor

Under the direction of the Manager of Operations, the Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing road maintenance and operational activities within the designated patrol area. The Patrol Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient maintenance of our public roads, in compliance with County and Provincial standards. The supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the truck/equipment operators, managing budgets, overseeing capital works projects, and ensuring health and safety practices are followed at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with job-related coursework.
- Experience in all phases of public road maintenance, with one to three years at a supervisory level.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid Class DZ drivers licence.
- Completion of T.J. Mahoney Road School and C.S. Anderson courses is an asset.
Compensation: $43.44 – $48.89 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and pension package.
