Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC), Canada’s largest social housing provider and the second largest in North America, is seeking a forward-thinking and strategic technology leader to serve as its next Vice President, Information & Technology Services (VP I&TS). Representing a $10 billion public asset and providing homes to over 92,000 residents across 106 Toronto neighbourhoods, TCHC plays a vital role in delivering safe, affordable, and well-maintained housing to people from all walks of life. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP I&TS will lead a dynamic team of ~90 professionals across enterprise architecture, infrastructure, application services, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT project delivery. The role is responsible for executing a bold and business-aligned technology strategy in step with the City of Toronto’s CISO and Technology Service Delivery standards. The successful candidate will bring vision and operational excellence to stabilize and modernize TCHC’s IT foundation, enhance digital capabilities, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.
