Untracked orders under $50 may qualify for replacement or store credit; orders $50+ shipped without tracking are not eligible for refund or credit. Municipal World is not responsible for third-party manufacturing, delivery timelines, warranties, or service obligations, and product-specific issues may need to be handled directly with the supplier.
