Our sector has a trust problem. Our public does not have enough trust in us.
Recently the Environics Institute of Canada asked, “Are governments in Canada working?” Only 36 per cent of respondents suggested that local municipal government was “generally working.”
This is relatively good news when you consider the figure was 23 per cent for provincial governments and 22 per cent for the federal government. But these figures do not bode
