The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville has announced the appointment of Dwayne Tapp as Director of Development Services. The appointment was effective August 23, 2021
Dwayne brings a wealth of experience gained over 25 years in progressively senior roles in support of the City of Toronto’s Building Division. In pursuit of continued improvement and innovation, he’s been a Project Coordinator, Senior Planner and the Manager of Customer Service – Building Division. Most recently, Dwayne held the position of Manager of Plan Review North York/Scarborough District – City of Toronto.
“Dwayne will lead our Development Services Department and be a terrific addition to our Senior Leadership Team. His experience, skillset, strategic thinking and initiative will be added strengths to the Development Services team, SLT and this Community,” said Stouffville’s CAO Rob Adams. “We will be making great use of his skills in balancing the complex and diverse demands of the public, the development industry, Council and other senior managers.”
