Bruce Katz is a fellow of the Brookings Institution and author of The Metropolitan Revolution (2013), reviewed by yours truly in these pages some years back (May 2014). Jeremy Nowak is also a fellow (a fellow fellow, nyuk nyuk) at the institution. They have produced quite a fascinating book.
