Council is pleased to announce that Ryan Leuzinger has been hired as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Town of Three Hills. Mr. Leuzinger’s appointment commenced August 1, 2020.

Mr. Leuzinger started his career in municipal government in 2007 with the Alberta Municipal Internship Program with the Town of Raymond and the Village of Stirling. After 3.5 years with Raymond and Stirling as the Director of Stirling Services, he acted as the interim Chief Administrative Officer with the Town of Sundre for almost a year. Following his time in Sundre, he was the Director of Public Services, leading the Public Works and Recreation departments, with the Town of Nanton for 2.5 years. For the past five years, Mr. Leuzinger led the Town of Milk River as the Chief Administrative Officer. His knowledge through obtaining the professional designation of Certified Local Government Manager, Certificate in Municipal Management & Leadership, Level 1 & 2 National Advanced Certificates in Local Government Authority Administration, and Incident Command System 300 Certification will be a great asset to the organization and the Municipality.
