While the Greater Toronto Services Board (GTSB) Review Moderator Alan Tonks called for more consultation and input from GTA municipalities into the form and structure of the proposed GTSB at the March 27, 1998 meeting of the GTA Mayors and Regional Chairs Committee, Mayor Hazel McCallion, City of Mississauga stated that too much consultation may already have taken place.
