eCIS: Winnipeg's web-based citizen's information service

The City of Winnipeg’s recently unveiled its new web-based Citizen’s Information Service. Known as “eCIS” the new service allows citizens to access a wide array of information related to their own property or other properties, simply by searching on a specific address, using on-line maps, or selecting from various categories.

eCIS also provides a single point of access that allows citizens to access a wide variety of information on city services,  including:
