Strong local government management experience in a comparable position, potentially strengthened with a private sector business background, and relevant post secondary education, firmly support your candidacy. Your credentials highlight a senior executive and accomplished leader who is ready to work within a community undergoing rapid change. Finally, our ideal candidate is a team builder and critical thinker with sound political judgement and excellent communication and human resource skills.
