Mark Kuznicki – Mark Kuznicki is a thinker and practitioner working at the intersection of technology, public policy, and social innovation. Mark’s work and life are driven by a social mission: to reinvigorate community resilience and adaptation in response to accelerating global change. Mark’s consulting practice, Remarkk Consulting, focuses on developing and deploying methods and tools that contribute to this mission, including participation through social web technologies, engaging creative communities in co-creative solution-building through face-to-face events, and community engagement strategies.

Mark helped organize Toronto TransitCamp, an open-source “solutions playground” that looked at the future of Toronto’s transit system and the transit agency’s website. He wrote about this case study in an award winning article in the Harvard Business Review. Mark’s prior work also includes the development of an Entertainment and Creative Cluster Strategy for the Province of Ontario. His education includes an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as graduate work in Political Science and International Political Economy at the University of Toronto. Mark worked with AuthentiCity to provide consulting support to Municipal Cultural Planning Incorporated in Ontario.
