Jeannette Hanna – Jeannette has been at the forefront of innovations in brand management since the late 70s, when she helped launch one of North America’s leading branding agencies, Cundari SFP. Jeannette was responsible for communications planning and brand positioning for the firm’s diverse clientele, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Canada Post, Scotiabank, and the Royal Ontario Museum. Jeannette spearheaded the expansion into place branding with Washington’s Destination DC and the city’s downtown business improvement districts. Other place-related strategy assignments include: Capitol Riverfront, District of Columbia; Crystal City, Virginia; Waterfront Toronto; Niagara, Ontario; Calgary, Alberta; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Yonkers, New York. She is currently Vice-president, Strategy at Trajectory Brands Inc.

In 2008, following the success of her book Ikonica, A Field Guide to Canada’s Brandscape (co-authored with Alan Middleton), Jeannette co-founded Trajectory. Trajectory and Jeannette are currently working with AuthentiCity on a nation-wide cultural mapping project in Bermuda, incorporating both asset and community identity mapping.
